    Actually the Constitutional Tribunal found the law that was used to convict the printer uncostitutional. The reasoning was based not on the service providers’ rights to act according to their conscience, as is stated in the article. The Tribunal said that there are other ways to protect from discrimination with regards to access to services and that criminal law is just too much – that it is excessive. This is not true, because those “other ways” are not available on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation or gender identity and the other one is not effective.
